Nate Klemp, PhD, Cofounder & Chief Innovation Officer, is a writer, philosopher, and entrepreneur. Prior to LIFE XT, Nate worked as an assistant professor of political science and philosophy at Pepperdine University. Nate holds a B.A. and M.A. in philosophy from Stanford University, and a PhD in political philosophy from Princeton University.
David Strand, CEO of LIFE Cross Training and Operating Partner at Abundant Venture Partners, is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare innovation. Prior to joining LIFE XT, David served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Cleveland Clinic and the Allina Health System as well as the CEO of Medica, ExperiaHealth, and LifeMasters. He is also currently on the board of the San Francisco Symphony and the advisory boards of Riverside Partners and KDFC Classical Radio.
Priti Patel, Chief Operating Officer, spent a month in silence at an ashram in India in 2012. Inspired by that experience, she founded MindPoint, a mindfulness corporate training program. Previously, Priti worked in corporate finance and business development at General Electric. She holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
Andrew Swinand, is the co-founder and partner at Abundant Venture Partners. Abundant is an early stage business accelerator focused on doing well while doing good. In this role, Andrew serves on the board of Education Funding Partners, Ardent.io, AVIA, Centro and Kontera. Additionally, he’s the CEO of Leo Burnett North America. Prior to founding Abundant, Andrew was president of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG), the world’s largest media agency. Andrew proudly served his country as a platoon leader in the U.S. Army, after receiving his degree from the Wharton School of Business. He meditates daily.

Christopher Peraro’s path to LIFE XT began in both the non-profit and higher education sectors and has been fueled fundamentally by his undying devotion to the contemplative life. Chris received his Master’s in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and holds a B.A. from Stonehill College in Philosophy.
Maureen Zwierzynski, Director of Experience, was in the marketing industry for 8 years until she took a leap of faith in 2012 and left the marketing and advertising world to find more balance and wellbeing in her life. She became a yoga/meditation instructor and founded her own consulting company, Mindful Marketing LTD. Now at LIFE XT, she uses her experience in marketing and her knowledge in mindfulness to create the best experience for every individual that engages in the LIFE XT programs.
Adam Smith, Director of Technology, has been engaged in the development of LIFE XT’s technology platform since its inception. He is dedicated to the LIFE XT practices, meditating everyday for the past two years. Adam recently graduated from DePauw University with honors where he received his B.A. in Computer Science, specializing in web development, information security, and artificial intelligence.
